Unless you have read and accepted all the terms of this Agreement and relevant agreements and rules, you have no right to use this service.
Once you select "Agree to the Agreement and Submit" (the specific wording is subject to the registration page) and complete the registration process, or use this service in any way, it shall be deemed that you have read and agreed to be bound by the above agreements and rules.
1.1 This Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") is a legally binding agreement between you and Shenzhen Boshan Intelligent Electronics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company" or "we") regarding the use of the relevant services provided by us.
1.2 Before using our services, you should carefully read and fully understand all the contents of this Agreement. Your use of this service (including but not limited to access, registration, login, use, etc.) shall be deemed that you have accepted all the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
2.1 The services we provide include but are not limited to software services, hardware support, technical consulting, after-sales service related to intelligent electronic equipment (the specific service content is subject to what we actually provide).
2.2 We have the right to adjust or update the service content, form, scope, etc. according to the needs of business development. Relevant adjustments or updates will be announced to you through the official website, client notifications and other ways, and you should pay attention to the relevant information in a timely manner.
3.1 User Rights
3.1.1 Legally use various services provided by us, and obtain information and technical support related to the services.
3.1.2 Supervise and feedback on the service usage in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and relevant regulations.
3.1.3 Enjoy the right to know, inquire, correct, etc. for the protection of personal information (the specific content is subject to the "Privacy Agreement").
3.2 User Obligations
3.2.1 Comply with national laws and regulations and the various agreements of this Agreement, and shall not use the service to engage in any illegal or irregular activities.
3.2.2 Properly keep account information and relevant vouchers, and be responsible for all operations conducted with its account.
3.2.3 Provide relevant information truthfully, shall not provide false or misleading content, and shall update the information in a timely manner if the information changes.
4.1 We attach great importance to the protection of users' personal information, and the collection, use, storage, transmission and other behaviors of relevant personal information will strictly comply with the provisions of the "Privacy Agreement".
4.2 The "Privacy Agreement" is an integral part of this Agreement and has the same legal effect as this Agreement. When using the service, you shall also comply with the relevant provisions of the "Privacy Agreement".
5.1 The intellectual property rights of the services we provide and related software, technology, data, text, images, audio, video and all other contents are owned by us or relevant right holders.
5.2 Without our written permission, you shall not arbitrarily copy, disseminate, adapt, transfer, license others to use or infringe our intellectual property rights through other means.
6.1 In case of service interruption or inability to provide normally due to force majeure (such as natural disasters, wars, network failures, etc.), we will make every effort to take remedial measures, but will not be liable for any direct or indirect losses caused thereby.
6.2 Any losses caused by the user's own reasons (such as operational errors, account information leakage, equipment failures, etc.) shall be borne by the user themselves.
7.1 We have the right to modify this Agreement according to changes in laws and regulations, business adjustments and other circumstances. The modified Agreement will be announced through official channels and will take effect after the announcement. If you do not agree to the modified Agreement, you should stop using the service.
7.2 You may apply to us to terminate the service at any time. After the termination of the service, the relevant rights and obligations of both parties under this Agreement will terminate, but the continuous clauses such as intellectual property rights and confidentiality clauses will still be valid.
8.1 The conclusion, validity, interpretation, performance and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall all be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding the laws of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan regions).
8.2 Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall first be resolved by both parties through friendly negotiation; if the negotiation fails, either party has the right to file a lawsuit with the people's court having jurisdiction in Shenzhen City.
9.1 This Agreement constitutes the complete agreement between the two parties on the relevant matters of the service, replacing all previous oral or written agreements between the two parties.
9.2 If any clause of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity of other clauses.
